Financial Information

It is important that every In-toto showroom operates in a high quality retail environment. This does require significant investment in professional shop fitting, superb kitchen displays and high quality finishes throughout.

In most cases we will make a significant contribution to the set up costs depending on the experience of the franchisee, the geographical area and the viability of the business plan. It is also worth noting the set up costs can vary greatly depending on the size and condition of the existing property, as well as the geographical location.

Any new business will require a comprehensive cash flow forecast which we will help to formulate which will help ascertain the investment and working capital required. With a proven and successful franchise like In-toto, high street banks will usually loan up to 70% of the cost. Unlike many other franchises we do not take a share of your profit or charge an annual fee, there is however a minimal one-off franchise joining fee.

We aim for a new In-toto to be trading at “break-even” by the end of the first year and with very healthy margins, this has the potential to be a very profitable operation if the business is run efficiently.

There is the opportunity to maximise your earning potential further by increasing turnover or increasing the profit margins.  We also have franchisees that develop local contract business or have more than one showroom.

Existing Franchises

We do sometimes have the opportunity to buy an existing In-toto.

This is usually a successful business where the franchisee may be looking to retire. This is a much quicker way of getting started and there are many benefits as the business has already been established.

The likely investment will vary depending on the success and location of the showroom; this would usually be higher than a new start up although occasionally opportunities arise for a low cost venture where a franchisee is keen to move on.
