Do I need kitchen experience?
After training and with our support, In-toto franchisees with and without experience have achieved success. Enthusiasm, common sense, honesty and commitment are most important but those with kitchen backgrounds do reach our sales targets faster. What is the length of term of the In-toto franchise agreement and is there an additional charge for renewal?
The initial agreement is usually for 5 years. Subject to lease and other considerations, the franchise agreement is renewable by the franchisee at no additional charge.
While legally unable to grant exclusive areas, we try to ensure that new showrooms are not located in the same town as existing ones.
Do In-toto franchises ever fail?
Rarely. In-toto terms of business ensure goods never leave the franchise until full payment is received. 25% deposits are taken with all orders with the balance due 5 days before delivery. Wellmann ALNO assists franchisees by not requiring payment for kitchens shipped from Germany until 14 days after delivery.
Can I eventually sell my In-toto franchise?
Yes. There is a market for established reputable franchise outlets. In-toto studios, being part of a successful national franchise chain are worth more than independent showrooms.
